. Liabilities and Duties 

 

•  Develop and apply strategic plans and enterprise to optimize the performance of weight handling systems at airfields.

•   Lead a platoon of professionals responsible for the installation, conservation, and form of weight handling outfit and structure.

•   insure compliance with safety regulations and norms in all aspects of weight running operations.

•  unite with field authorities, airlines, and other stakeholders to coordinate weight running conditioning and resolve functional issues.

•  Examiner system performance and apply advancements to enhance effectiveness and trustability.

• Manage budgets, coffers, and schedules to insure timely completion of systems and conservation conditioning.

• give leadership and guidance to staff, fostering a culture of cooperation, responsibility, and nonstop enhancement. Stay over- to- date with assiduity trends, stylish practices, and technological advancements in weight handling systems.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degreeis needed in engineering, business administration, or related field is required
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in airport operations, cargo handling, or related field, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

• Strong knowledge of cargo handling systems, including conveyors, sorting systems, and warehouse automation.

• Excellent leadership and management skills, is required with the ability to motivate and also inspire teams members to achieve their goals.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive business growth and operational excellence.

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards governing airport operations and cargo handling.
• Ability to obtain necessary security clearances and certifications as required.
